Customer services include, among others, technical support, implementation and training.
Technical support, offered within the framework of our service contracts following the purchase of our SW-products, comprises of the following:
- Updating of individual modules (tariffs, kilometrage, stations, goods, documents, ...) resulting from official amendments to the relating railway legislation.
- Consultancy and advisory service (user-related, technological, hardware and software services)
- hot-line support
- personal visit
- System, technology and programming control of the product operation
- Debugging prior to as well as following hand-over of the application and putting it into standard operation
- Training
- Professional consultations and guidance
- Per-order individual adjustments, changes and new requirements relevant to the product
Manner and terms of services:
- by post saved on data media; continuously
- by phone; every workday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- by means of distant administration; every workday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- by personal visit
The scope of services provided within the lump-sum price and per-order services is always specified in the pertinent service contract.
Implementation of information systems is conducted onsite at the designated workplaces of the customer in accordance with a pre-set and mutually approved schedule. The implementation procedure includes the following steps:
- In-person installation at the customer's workplaces
- Training of the administrator
- Training of attending staff
- Enhanced support from the consultant and service department within the framework of test operation
- Processing of comments acquired from test operation
- Acceptance of the implementation and putting into standard operation
The scope of services provided within the framework of implementation is always specified in the pertinent purchase contract.
Training of the SW-product attendees is carried out in a set scope within technological support or implementation. Contingent further training courses can be provided pursuant to specific customer order.
