RailMap.net Objects Monitoring
RailMap.net is ready to be connected to any system of wagon monitoring:
- Systems of railways: the result on the query into the railway system is the railway station of the object event (railway station number), whereas RailMap displays this station in the map anywhere in Europe
- Systems based on the GPS/GSM communication unit placed on the wagon: RailMap enables to display the position (GPS coordinates) in the map and allocate the nearest railway station
RailMap.net Wagon Monitoring Functions
Objects list:
- The list of monitored consignments, wagons, locomotives, trains or any kind of objects moving on the railway network, with a possibility to add or delete objects and change a name or description
Objects current positions:
- Displays a list of monitored objects with the latest known positions (together with date, time, detailed information and a name of the nearest railway station) and displays them in the map
Objects moving history:
- It is possible to display the list of known positions together with the map for every monitored object and for given time period
Adapter Controllers:
- A special function to import data or set connectivity parameters

The railway map is available at https://www.railmap.net (https instead of http!). This secured protocol has been chosen as needful to protect the data on positions of RailMap and wagon monitoring users.
