If box-like software is to be applied, appropriate modules are then selected. Where an information system is concerned, a tailor-made offer is compiled based on the results of the technological processes analysis. Following purchase of the software products, we provide consultations and hot-line service on workdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. On-spot consultations are arranged per order.

Consultancy and guidance are also provided in the field of professional topics relating to railway transport, such as shipment monitoring, price /tariff issues, transport information pertaining to transport back and forth between the European and Asian markets, etc.
